Dear Otley BID Levy Payer,
I am writing with an update to the 2020/21 Otley BID Levy invoice you will have received in April. Thank you if you have already paid your invoice, you can ignore the rest of this email.
In light of the COVID-19 impact on day to day running of business we extended the invoice deadline to the 31st August 2020. We appreciate times have been very tough for businesses and the outlook remains uncertain. We hope the support we have offered by:
- Liaising with Leeds City Council on the swift payment of Business Grants
- Communicating key information updates
- Running the ‘Otley open for business’ marketing campaign
- Funding and putting together the COVID-19 Business Support Packs
along with many other initiatives have helped your business.
We will continue to help and support you as best we can going forward.
To allow us to do this, in addition to other projects planned, we are now asking all businesses that haven’t paid their 2020/21 Otley BID Levy to do so by the 31st August 2020.
If you have any concerns or are in financial difficulty please contact us to discuss further. Please do not ignore the bill.
