This afternoon we have received the news we were hoping wouldn’t arrive! The Government has this afternoon announced new local restrictions for Leeds which will take effect from tomorrow (Saturday 26th September).
Otley is included within these restrictions as we fall under the ‘bin rule’, ie. we have our bins collected by Leeds Council.
